Rehat Sebentar Sebelum ke KULIM

Bismillah...

Abang Man dan CITRAnya telahpun sampai. Kot. Entri seterusnya mungkin tentang program motivasi GUIDANCE 2 SUCCESS dan pengalaman sebagai pengarah program.

Nama Kem : GUIDANCE 2 SUCCESS (G2S)
Tarikh : 14 - 17 MAC 2009
Tempat : SMK Bakai Kuala Ketil
Pengendali: 98% daripada fesilitator.

Sekian.

No More Sadness aka Surrender!!

Bismillah

I'm very energetic this time. After sharing the problems with a friend that also have the same problems previously. I actually more lucky than him as I realize this thing still in early of the semester. But he realized that he was doing wrong at the end of the semester 1; which is very near to Final Sem 1 Exam. That caused him not to get well result in his exam.

From 30 minutes discussion with him (there's uncertainty in the given period), I start to realize my weaknesses.
  1. I'm very perfectionist. Just a small fall in academics result has altered my focus in my study. It keeps up playing in my mind that "What a stupid student I am!!"
  2. I like to do all the works on my own. He said that, "You as a President should have a smart way to deligate the works to your commitees. President doesn't mean that you have to do all the works. Once you had deligated the works, follow up them! If not, the works can't be settled in right time."
  3. To control emotion by logic. Although it cannot be denied that Emotion plays an important role as a way of knowing (Theory of Knowledge), but a smart person is one who can make logic to control his emotion in right circumstances. Although you get worse marks, (my economics quiz mark is worse too), remember that, there are many students other than you who don't get "nikmat kepandaian" as you get.
So, actions have to be taken!
  1. Try to accept to be an average student. It will make you not to feel very2 depress when there is a slight fall in quiz results.
  2. Manage your time wisely. Don't get too busy of doing "non-academics matter" that make you to lost in your study.
  3. Try to distribute the works!! And follow up them. To all my commitees: There is no time for you to "swing your feets" anymore. Hahha..
  4. Study and revise what have been learnt. I was left far behind.
  5. Syukur with what God has given to you.

New records:
In February, I was not playing computer games and even watching movies for a whole month!
Because of very busy in conducting too much activities.

To be done:
Manage a motivational camp at SMK Bakai, Kulim, Kedah. 4 days, 3 nights. Before mid-sem break, all programs and needed have to be prepared.

Planning for EDI weeks that will be held by end of March. BERKAT's work.

Action Phase
Be independent! Dont burden your problems to other parties.

Sorry, I might surrender...

02 March 2009

Today is Monday. I hope it will be very niceday to me. Although there are burden of works are waiting to be settled by me just in a short period of time.

Today, and also last week, I got many results of my quiz in subject that I have taken. Some are listed as below:

  1. Chemistry Quiz D-block element - 23/30
  2. Chemistry Topical Test - 21/30
  3. Chemistry Topical re-Test - 15/25
  4. Statistics Quiz 1 - 37/40
  5. Statistics Quiz 2 - 37/50
  6. Pure Maths 1 - 47 / 50
  7. Pure Maths 2 - 11/25
  8. Physics (Heat) - 15/25
  9. Economics - Don't know yet. I guess it'll be worse too.
All the marks for every single subject is decreasing from a test to another test. Most of the results, I'm among the lowest in the class. Day by day in this Semester 2 in KMB, there was no ample time for me to have my own revision.

When I got this "nice" marks for the subjects those I've taken (some of them are my favourite subjects ; Chemistry, Physics, Pure Maths, Statistics and Economics), it makes me to start thinking. What are the causes that cause me to be like this. It's never happen since I was in Form 4 until now. Then it happens again. After for a week thinking, it comes to these results (from major to minor)
  1. Too much "heavy jawatan" - Being a Presiden in Badminton Club, Vice Presiden in Student Representative Council, Exco in Badan Kerohanian somehow affect my focus on studies.
  2. Burdened by a lot of works - as you become high-commitee of one organisation, means there are a lots of works (sometimes very silly) need to be done by yourself.
  3. Gap from HIM - need to be improved
  4. No time for study and revision.
  5. Not condusive study place.
  6. Cannot focus in class - as my quiz results recently always placed me in the almost last ranking in the class.
Because of these, I think, this is a time where I should quit from all these "jawatan". Sometimes to be an ordinary student is better. I love the time when I was in Sem 1 and also in Secondary School.

No "jawatan". No a lot of works. Can focus more on study. Can enjoy my life.

Sorry to all....

Less of hope....

Lack of motivations....

I might quit....and....

I MIGHT SURRENDER....from all of these posts...
